The outer the Icarus Pertex Quantum Eco® fabric is windproof and water resistant too meaning you will be protected from the cold chill and that odd shower here and there. The hems and the cuffs are adjustable to size which helps to prevent heat loss. The insulated hood is perfect for use under a climbing helmet.
