The Exped Ultralite Waterproof Compression Bags provide the same 100% waterproofing as the standard Waterproof Compression Bags, with even more practicality and an even lighter weight.

The reason for this lighter weight is that the normal compression straps have been replaced with lightweight cords. The effective fold-n-roll system which makes all Exped bags so watertight is created in a much lighter form to reduce weight further.

The new counter grip on the bottom of the Ultralite makes it much easier to pull out and find the piece of gear you're looking for. The three side compression cord system means the volume of the contents can be effectively reduced, and make it even easier to attach to any pack or luggage, always important for the backpacker with too much to carry!
