The Deuter OnTop 20 L SL ABS Avalanche Safety System Ski and Snowboard Backpack is an avalanche airbag rucksack that also provides the fit and comfort for which Deuter are renowned and the full 20 litres of storage space.

The backpack is supplied complete with the ABS Twinbag System inflatable bags but without the steel cartridge that is available to buy separately. The inflatable bag system is detachable when not required. ABS have the expertise and experience in airbag technology that you can rely on.

When activated, the ABS Twinbag System inflates very quickly to a total volume of 170 litres to help keep the user on top of or near the surface of the avalanche and this has been proved to very significantly increase the chances of survival.

The Alpine Back System features load-adjuster straps on the shoulder straps and the hip fins to allow you to micro-adjust the fit – opting for a looser fit, for example, when you want increased ventilation and mobility or a tighter fit when you want the load more compacted to give you more control.

The Deuter OnTop 20 L SL ABS Avalanche Safety System Ski & Snowboard Backpack features a range of pockets for gear organisation and many other features that will make it comfortable and convenient to use as you tackle the slopes on skis or a snowboard.
