The Berghaus Velum III Women’s Gore-Tex Mountain Jacket is a lightweight, waterproof, windproof and breathable jacket that is ideal for high-energy activities at altitude.

These qualities mean you are not only very well protected from the weather but that you will also be able to move in comfort at a good pace on a trail run or fast ascent, for example, as the jacket is lightweight and breathable.

The 3-layer Gore-Tex fabric is what provides the breathability which allows perspiration in the form of moisture vapour to escape into the atmosphere to help keep your skin drier and therefore more comfortable.

A number of other features contribute to the convenience of wearing this jacket including the helmet-compatible with its one-handed adjustability, the adjustable hem and articulated sleeves that make every arm movement just that little bit easier.
