Silva ClinoMaster Heightmeter

Silva ClinoMaster Heightmeters are hand-held instruments for measuring heights. ClinoMaster Heightmeters are available in two versions featuring different sighting-systems: Lensatic and Prismatic. Lensatic is the traditional Heightmeter model featuring an aluminium protected sighting system withstanding the toughest conditions. The prismatic version combines the traditional ClinoMaster Heightmeters features with a superbly clear, open to light prismatic sighting system. Thanks to the construction it is extremely easy to obtain accurate reading even in dark conditions.
ClinoMaster Heightmeters are available in models featuring a range finding distance prism (DP) and/or a chain relascope for timber volume estimation.

Sighting system: The ClinoMaster Lensatic is equipped with a parallax-free glass lens magnification (10x) sighting system integrated in the aluminium housing.
The ClinoMaster Prismatic is equipped with an extremely open to light, parallax-free prismatic magnification (10x) sighting system on top of the aluminium housing.

Capsule: Anti-static liquid filled for optimal dampening of the clinometer cards movement.

Clinometer card: The ClinoMaster Lensatic is equipped with an aluminium clinometer card with a precision scale. The ClinoMaster Prismatic version is equipped with a transparent clinometer card, precision scale and both models are equipped with a top scale for direct readings from the top of the capsule at the lubber line. It has a sapphire jewel bearing for friction free movement of the card allowing fast and accurate readings.

Accuracy: Max ±0.25° from true angle with precision sighting. Max ±1.0° from true angle with direct reading at the lubber line from the top of the capsule.
