Lowe Alpine Tensor 23L Backpack
The Tensor 23 is a minimal-fuss, highly comfortable and brilliantly versatile rucksack which can be used for almost any outdoor activity. Great for walking, bouldering, biking, running, everyday duties and more.
The bulk of the pack is made from an ultra tough 210D ripstop nylon. As the name implies, the fabric features a ripstop weave to prevent the fabric ripping if you happen to wear through it, while a Hydroshield coating adds water resistancy if you get caught out. For complete waterproofing, we'd recommend the use of Drybags.
The backsystem is incredibly comfortable yet simple. The entire backpanel is made from a comfortable foam with netting layered over the top; the foam prevents items jabbing you in the back, while the netting provides grip and stops the bag moving about excessively. Hundreds of little holes are cut out from the foam to allow air to circulate freely, increasing breathability. A thick pad sits at the top of the bag for added comfort.
Aircontour Carry System: the Air Contour carry system is lightweight and breathable, with a pre-curved back panel to promote a closer fit and more natural body movement.
