The North Face Point Five is a premium outdoor waterproof jacket. The design means the jacket is flexible and will cope with your movements in your outdoor pursuits. It has enough room inside for an extra layer for colder weather conditions and the hood is helmet compatible. A popular feature is an incredibly low weight for such a weather proof piece of kit. You can search the world for the best climbs and you might just find yourself back at Ben Nevis with it's myriad of north face technical routes. That's why 'The North Face' chose Point Five Gulley of the UK’s highest mountain to give this 3-layer Gore-Tex® Pro shell its name. If you are going out in difficult conditions (that'll be Scotland then) pursuing classic alpine style adventures this is perfect for you. Keeping you dry in the fiercest storm and fresh in the most rigorous activity it's true beauty lies in its simplicity.

I've been looking at this jacket for several months after seeing it in use by instructors at a popular outdoors activity course. The reason for taking so long was the cost. My patience was rewarded when it was available here. I made a huge saving on it compared to other companies. E-outdoor were very efficient in processing my order and delivery. I've still to use the jacket but believe it should perform well since it comes from North Face.
