STANDARD DELIVERY from £3.49, free over £100. Normally takes from 2-3 working days if ordered before 2pm. (Terms and conditions apply)

NEXT WORKING DAY from £5.95, is tracked and requires a signature. Order before 2pm for next working day delivery (Mon-Thurs). Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.  (Terms and conditions apply)

  • Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday (ex. bank holidays).
  • You will be told the exact hour of your delivery
  • A signature is required and our carriers will not be able to deliver goods without a signature.

Cancel new order

  • Please email us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched, using this form
  • If you have received a dispatch notification then unfortunately you will need to wait for delivery and return the order.
  • When your order is delivered, follow our returns procedure, sending the item back to us.
  • Goods must be unused and in saleable condition in original packaging.

Faulty/incorrect item

Email us straight away using this form about damaged, defective items or wrong items, so we can discuss the problem and decide the best course of action. Please provide photos of any faults.

  • If deemed faulty, we may offer an exchange, refund, repair or where this is not possible, will replace the item with an equivalent model.
  • After 14 days, you will only be entitled to a replacement or repair if an item is confirmed to be faulty.
  • In the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to us within 14 days following our returns procedure.
  • e-OUTDOOR reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 14 days of the date on which e-OUTDOOR confirms we will issue a replacement.

If your requested size/colour is unavailable at the time your return is processed, we will provide you with a full refund and notify you by email.

Returns & exchange

For exchanges and unwanted items.

You may return anything for an exchange/refund up to 14 days after purchasing.

  • Print off your Sales Invoice/Returns Form which was emailed to you when you first ordered.
  • OR note down your details and order number on a piece of paper stating what you would like us to do.
  • Send your return using any method you wish eg Royal Mail or any other courier.
  • You are responsible for paying to return items.

Returns from The Channel Islands and outside the EU

Please ensure that the package is clearly marked as "RETURNS DEPARTMENT" to avoid incurring extra customs charges.

Returns process

  • Please allow up to 7 days after your item(s) has been returned for us to process the return.
  • We will contact you when we have processed the return and let you know what is happening with your order.
  • We recommend you keep proof of postage and consider parcel insurance when you send your items back to us.
  • Please note that e-OUTDOOR are not liable for any parcels damaged or lost in transit when being returned.

Refunds process

  • We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receiving a return for refund, with payment credited to your original payment account.
  • Payment will take 3-5 days to be credited.
  • Delays will occur if the sales invoice/returns form is incomplete or original tags are not included in your return parcel.

Returns terms & conditions

  • Items returned for cancelling or exchange must be in their original condition with original packaging, labels and tags.
  • Items must not have been worn outdoors.
  • Items must not be dirty, soiled or wet
  • Items must not be marked, damaged or scratched.
  • We can not accept returns on climbing equipment due to the laws on the sale of PPE equipment.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of underwear that has been worn.
  • A 10% surcharge will apply to returns which are missing any original tags, or in the case of footwear, posting bare boxes and/or have been taped.
  • No refund will be issued for clothing/footwear that have been worn outside.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

(9.3) e-outdoor will make every effort to deliver Goods within a reasonable time from the date of your Order and to comply with our obligations under these Terms, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or failures due to adverse weather, traffic delays, mechanical breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control.
