Simple and quick to put up the Vango Soul 200 is also lightweight and most importantly waterproof, with its own sown in groundsheet. If you're trying out camping or backpacking or just away at your first festival this is a great tent to start with. After a long drive, tiring walk or exhausting party, knowing you have a comfortable tent to collapse into is a real blessing.
Tents can get hot, especially in summer so the Vango 200 has a half mesh door as part of its breathable inner tent, which, if the weather forecast is good, can be pitched without the outer fly sheet for maximum air circulation, whilst still retaining some privacy, from the midges at least. The porch is designed as a useful place to keep muddy gear, keeping it out of the rain but also away from your clean kit inside the main tent. The Vango 200 will cope with the windy weather too thanks to the flexible fibreglass pole structure.
All the necessary guy lines and pegs are included, as is the tent's own carry bag, into which all the components can be carefully packed creating a compact easily transported load.
If you're going camping, don't forget your sleeping bag.
