General Delivery Information

We can deliver to any address within the UK mainland including the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We are also able to accept British Forces Post Office orders and to the Channel Islands.
We cannot offer Express Delivery to the Scottish Islands (Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.

Please note that on delivery our carriers may need to obtain a signature from you. If a signature is required, our carriers will not be able to deliver Goods without such signature.

Where Is My Order?

On ordering a product, you should receive an email confirmation which will contain a tracking number and details of how to track your order online via our courier's website.

If you have not received an order confirmation and have checked your spam folder, then please contact us.

If the UK is currently experiencing bad weather, then you can also check Interlink Express Severe Weather Updates to see how the courier is operating in your area.

Returning Items

Goods, including faulty items may be exchanged/refunded for any reason within 28 days of despatch. The original delivery charge is non-refundable and you must pay the return delivery costs.

  1. Print out and complete a Returns Form (998Kb, pdf)
  2. Carefully package your item
  3. Include your original A4 order invoice
  4. Post the item back to us at:

Product information and fitting

If you have any questions about products, such as how one item might compare to another then please get in touch.

You may also need advice on sizes for particular items, especially footwear where the size you need may be different to your actual foot size.

Where possible, we always highly recommend that you visit us in store for a professional shoe fitting.

Stock Availability

Stock status can be seen when you are about to order a product. When choosing a product option from the dropdown list, you will be presented with some of the comments below.

If no options are available, item is currently out of stock.

"In Stock"
Items are ready to order and will be dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm.

"for delivery within 3-4 days"
Stock is being transferred and will be dispatched by your chosen delivery method AFTER we receive the item to stock. Eg an item ordered as "delivery within 3-4 days" via next day shipping will be delivered within 3-4 days + 1 day.

"Due in xx/xx/xx"
Stock is on order from our supplier and will be shipped as requested AFTER the date given.

Weekends
Items purchased on a saturday or sunday will be processed and dispatched on monday.
