We can deliver to any address within the UK mainland including the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We are also able to accept British Forces Post Office orders and to the Channel Islands.
We cannot offer Express Delivery to the Scottish Islands (Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.
Where is my order?
On ordering a product you will receive an email confirming order. Once the order has been processed you will receive an email with tracking information. This will contain a tracking number and details of how to track your order online via our courier's website.
If you have not received an order confirmation and tracking email (and have checked your spam folder) then please contact us.

Stock availability
Stock availability can be seen on every product page. Select the "Please choose from available stock" option. If there is nothing in the drop down list, the product is currently 'out of stock'.
Everything shown online is in-stock and ready to order.
Weekends
Items purchased on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

Goods, including faulty items may be exchanged/refunded for any reason within 60 days of despatch. The original delivery charge is non-refundable after seven days and you must pay the return delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. Non-faulty goods should be returned in saleable condition with all original tags/labels still attached.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the original delivery charge will only be refunded if the whole original order is returned within seven working days.

You may also need advice on sizes for particular items, especially footwear where the size you need may be different to your actual foot size.
Where possible, we always highly recommend that you visit us in store for a professional shoe fitting.
