Asolo Flame Gtx Mens Boot
The Asolo Flame Gtx Mens Boot is a lightweight three-season walking boot using Asolo's new Matrix sole construction. Asolo has upped its game with the new Flame GTX. Like its predecessor: the Fugitive, it's a lightweight suede and fabric-uppered three-season walking boot with a Gore-Tex waterproof liner, but it uses new technology to produce a boot around 50 grammes per pair lighter, with better shock absorption and a grippier sole using softer rubber.
Matrix Technology - The moderately aggressive, dual-density outsole incorporates Aso-brake for maximum downhill grip and offers superior grip on uneven terrains. While both the lightweight EVA midsole and suede and Cordura uppers with captivating aesthetics seek to lighten the load, the Active Heel Support (AHS) element absorbs shocks and minimizes fatigue.
Active Heel Support - Developed by Asolo research, Active Heel Support (AHS) is “visual technology” by externalizing the mechanism positioned in the heel zone with two functions: Heel control and shock absorption due to physical activity. Engineered with double injection technology, the Active Heel Support (AHS) is optimized by use of leading-edge materials that offer lightweightness, support and shock absorption.
