Beneath bug-blocking wind pants in the Pasayten or clammy waders in the Olympics, Capilene® 2 Bottoms keep you dry and cool come willow-bash, hell or high water. Their open knit breathes, wicks and has the fastest drying time of all our Capilene performance baselayer fabrics. The flat-seam construction gives a clean, finished look with fine thread for “barely there” seaming. A plush elastic waistband is brushed for next-to-skin softness, and side seams are set forward so as not to irritate. Made from 4-oz polyester (54% recycled) that’s 100% recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program. With Gladiodor™ natural odor control, a gusseted crotch, a functional fly and a Slim fit. Patagonia Performance Baselayers now offer two approaches to the single goal of staying dry: Capilene® polyester with recycled content and all-natural merino wool.
