Large Base Camp Duffel Review
'This is the perfect duffel bag for anyone in search of extreme durability that travelling requires. There is plenty of space so just stuff it full of gear and you're good to go. The bag consists of one large main compartment with an internal mesh pocket. It has four compression straps to make your load smaller. There are handles either end making it easy to throw around and backpack straps for easy transport. The weight primarily is due to the PVC tarpaulin material that is very thick and water/wind/stain/everything you don’t want inside proof. The bottom of the bag has a tough cordura outer layer. It also has daisy-chain straps to tie down any accessories. The more vibrant colours make the base camp duffel easy to identify next to the never-ending blur of bags at airport baggage claims. You would be hard press to find any downsides to the bag. After years of travel the large North Face duffel is likely to become a reliable and useful companion."

LARGE BASE CAMP DUFFEL
"It's not your average duffel bag. Made from a durable laminate material, the Base Camp Duffel is a bomber of a bag that’s resilient enough to take the punishment that Air France baggage handlers can throw at it or uncooperative yaks, camels and mules. A favourite luggage solution the world over with expeditions, yachters, explorers and travellers.
This is the original modern classic kit bag that most others are based on. It’s made from PVC-coated tarpaulin, with oversized handles that allow the holdall to be carried as a backpack and an internal mesh compartment. You also get removable shoulder straps, compression straps and lockable zips.
